This information is the basis for reporting on the number of members in order to receive public funding for the operation of the organisation. In addition, we need members' contact information in order to provide an adequate offer and information related to membership. When you join the organisation, you consent to each individual area for which you allow the organisation to use personal data, such as member magazines, newsletters, invitations to events, etc. Your personal data will be deleted 5 years after your membership ends.
You can email us, but remember that all organisations are vulnerable to data theft. You should therefore not send sensitive content by email. If we receive such an email, we will process the email according to its content and delete it immediately.
As a member, you can sign up to receive our newsletter. In order for us to be able to send you newsletters, you must register your e-mail address with us. This is stored in a separate database, is not shared with others and the e-mail address is deleted when it is no longer in use.

Via our website and social media, it is possible to sign up for courses and events. In connection with this, we collect information such as names and contact details as well as allergies and needs for accommodation. This personal data is used to administer the event and is a basis for reporting on the number of participants in order to receive public funding to run the organisation. The personal data will be deleted within 1 year after the end of the event. We obtain our own consents to map interest and desire to receive invitations to new events.
You can receive counselling from us via email, social media, telephone or in person. For this, we collect information such as names and contact information such as social media, e-mail or telephone. We do this in order to provide follow-up and keep track of those who use our services, and is a basis for reporting on the number of participants in order to receive public funding for the operation of the organisation. The personal data will be deleted within 1 year after the end of the counselling.
