Noman Mubashir is known as a presenter and series creator at NRK. He was the first newsreader in Norway with a multicultural background.
He has been behind series such as "A Noman in Pakistan", "Migrapolis", "Lovlog Skeivt", "Hva har du i bagasjen", "Ramadan with Noman", "99% Norwegian", "Bryllupsfeber", "Rawdah" and "Vita og Wanda".
This year saw the most personal series of Mubashir's career: "Easy to Hate". A documentary series in which Noman talks about life as a triple minority (Norwegian Pakistani, Muslim and gay) and the hatred he and others experience.
Throughout his NRK career, Mubashir has been involved in the debate on integration, racism, homophobia, diversity and Islam.
